Our Facilities and Services
Standardized tests and assessment tools

Splinting facilities and assisstive devices
Splints and other devices are used to improve the motor function of the upper and lower limbs.
Progress reports

Learning and support
Homework support is given in this programme with an aim to enhance your child's learning potential and coach your child to understand and take control of the learning process. Existing skills are built on and new skills are taught as your child climbs the summit of academia. The learning support teacher and our therapist collaborate on appropriate approaches to increase your child's success in school.
Social skills group
A weekly session is conducted by our therapist, Sudev, to foster the use of appropriate social skills in the home and classroom. Sessions are purposeful, interactive and fun. Through the use of group dynamics and encouraging the kids to help one another, older kids begin to take on mentorship roles and younger kids learn compliance to social norms.
As they gradually internalize the concepts of empathy, good listening, appropriate participation, being a friend, remaining on task and accepting changes/differences, the kids gain confidence and learn to be respectful of themselves and others.
Each step in their learning serves as a progressive building block, ultimately forming a whole person, in the development from childhood and adolescence to adulthood.
Handwriting group
This is an interactive group session conducted by our therapists to develop a child's pre-writing and handwriting skills and to provide appropriate strategies for them to cope with daily tasks and environmental demands in the school and other social settings.
Fine-motor skills, literacy skills, concept development and manipulation of classroom materials are carefully crafted into OT activities and games to build a child's pre-writing foundations. As these abilities are attained, formal handwriting skills such as legibility, writing speed and ergonomic factors are then honed. In addition, multisensory fun activities and therapeutic group work are used to provide a medium for the child to learn appropriate social and classroom skills with their peers.
